I got this counter of a worldclock. It's nice to see what is happening in the world. At first glance it's a load of interesting facts, and then it made me feel sad.
I now wonder if it would be possible to add the number of
- people that got saved by angioplastic
- kisses that were exchanged
- beautiful sunrises seen by people
- poems that were written
- trees that were planted
- people that survived cancer
- rows that were ended by people makinking up
- peace treaties signed
- kids that graduated high school
- welcome greetings
- people returning to society from prison
- schools that people built for the next generation
- succesful reanimations
- people that peacefully passed away after a full life
- debts that were payed back on time
etc.
:-) It would help me stomach all the other stuff that is there too.
Welkom in Web 2.0.
